• Pay agreed fees promptly.

6. Payments

Where payments are processed through Guraindo, users agree to use approved payment methods. Platform fees may apply. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

7. Independent Contractors

Service providers on Guraindo are independent contractors. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between Guraindo and any artisan.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud or deceptive practices.
• Creating fake accounts.
• Uploading malicious software.
• Harassment or abuse of other users.
• Posting misleading information.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the Platform.

9. Reviews

Customers may leave honest reviews after completed services. Reviews that are abusive, defamatory, or misleading may be removed without notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, software, and designs on Guraindo remain the exclusive property of Guraindo or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

Guraindo is a technology platform connecting customers with independent service providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or outcome of services provided by artisans. Users engage with one another at their own risk.

12. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, abuse the Platform, or provide false information.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Guraindo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
